You learn about defense against the dark arts, quidditch, dragons, giants, hippogriffs, house elves, owls, good overcoming bad, the forbidden forest, invisibility cloaks, flying cars, humungous spiders and much more fantasy in the world of Harry Potter!

Harry Potter had such an impact that theme parks around the world were opened for everyone to visit. Also, people use words from the books in everyday language. The word "muggle" was taken from the Harry Potter books and put into the Oxford English dictionary in 2003, so it is now a legit word.
